What's included in the free tier?

The free tier includes one team per workspace with full standup functionality including reminders, digests, and all core features. No credit card required.

How do I upgrade to add more teams?

Use the server/workspace management command to access billing. You can upgrade to a paid plan to add unlimited teams.

Can I customize the standup questions?

Currently, Ketchup Bot uses the standard "Done, Doing, Blockers" format. Custom questions are on our roadmap.

What times can I schedule standups?

You can configure reminder times and digest times for each team. Standups support flexible scheduling with timezone awareness.

How do I remove the bot?

On Discord, go to Server Settings → Integrations and remove Ketchup Bot. On Slack, go to Apps in your workspace settings and remove the app.
