Your teams and data are preserved. On free, you'll have access to 1 team and 90 days of history. Additional teams will be frozen but can be reactivated when you upgrade.
Can I upgrade from Pro to Business later?
Absolutely! You can upgrade at any time from your billing settings. Your new limits will apply immediately.
